Nestled in a quaint village, Auberge Du Chateau is a gem for families seeking an authentic French experience. Despite the nearby dual carriage way, the charming ambiance remained undisturbed during our stay. The innkeeper warmly welcomed us, ensuring a smooth check-in. Concerned about noise, we were pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's rest.Our family booked a triple room, and though initially only a double bed was provided, our resourceful solution sufficed. The cleanliness and charm of the room, along with the traditional French breakfast, added to our delightful experience. The proximity to Fort de Saint-Père, steeped in 18th-century history and host to the renowned La Route du Rock festival, offered a unique outing for my family.Auberge Du Chateau’s simple, family-friendly vibe, coupled with its convenient location and reasonable pricing, makes it a definite choice for our future travels.
